    Dobrich City Municipality has acquired a real estate property situated in the Western part of the town – an ex-military housing unit with an area of 42.4 ha and 51 buildings (former military stores) for the development and exploitation of a multi-purpose industrial zone.

    Dobrich Municipality does not intend to sell the property, instead it   seeks to enter into a public-private partnership with  investors and participate in the development and management of the zone.

    The estimated investment cost for the infrastructure is €10 million.
