Austrian bank HYPO NOE Gruppe opens two new offices - in Sofia and Bucharest. The management of the Bulgarian office was given to Svetoslav Delchev. HYPO NOE Gruppe is 100% owned by the state of Lower Austria. For years HYPO NOE Gruppe is represented in Bulgaria with cross-border financings with a focus on projects for public finances. It supports Bulgarian enterprises that create added value.
