On May 17, 2016 in Varna was held the first annual meeting "Business and local authorities" organized by the Association of Entrepreneurs - "Ludogorie".
Majide Ahmedova, deputy executive director of InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA), Stoyan Pasev, regional governor of Varna, local government representatives, National Company Industrial Zones, National Association of Municipalities in Republic of Bulgaria, OP competitiveness, Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and business representatives in the region participated in the forum.
Ms. Ahmedova focused on "How businesses and local government attract foreign investment and business opportunities in the region". She assured the participants that when municipalities and investors need support for business expansion and new projects can turn to the IBA to obtain needed information and support. In her presentation she highlighted the issuance of a certificate class C, Class B and Class A, and the Investment Promotion Act.
