"We will continue to support investors that create added value and new jobs". This said Bojidar Loukarsky, Minister of Economy, at an official ceremony of handing certificate for priority investment project, issued under the Investment Promotion Act, for the project "Plana Heights" of "A.Z.K. Properties" Ltd.

The project envisages the creation of a village, near Plana, between Sofia and Samokov, village Alino,  and the amount of certified investment amounted to BGN 53 650 million. Minister Loukarsky pointed out the importance of the project, which will lead to creating of over 100 new jobs, the total number of workers who are expected to be involved in the project during construction will be about 500.

Mr. Avionoam Katrieli, manager of "A.Z.K. Properties" Ltd. thanked the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Economy and InvestBulgaria Agency for their assistance. He said that this project is his dream from 10 years and he is very happy that can accomplish it. The project will go through three stages and this year will be launched the first stage.

According to the decision of the Council of Ministers will be established an interdepartmental working group to provide institutional support for the implementation of priority investment project "Plana Heights".

During the ceremony participated Mr. Stamen Yanev, Executive Director of InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA).
