The National Guarantee Fund (NGF) has supported projects of the rural program for BGN 219 million, said the subsidiary of the Bulgarian Development Bank. This happened in the period from February 2013 to April this year. The total amount of guarantees issued by the NGF will amount up to BGN 100 million. Only for the first quarter of this year the total amount of guaranteed loans is BGN 19.7 million, announced NGF. Most interested to the guarantees of NGF are beneficiaries of projects in the field of dairy farming, fruit and grain. Most of the issued guarantees are in the districts of Plovdiv, Sofia, Stara Zagora and Sliven. Large part of the supported projects are for small and medium enterprises.
